Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) Position Available

Our well-established private practice is seeking a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor to join our team and deliver essential mental health services to a diverse range of clients. The ideal candidate will bring outpatient experience and a strong commitment to helping individuals overcome their challenges.

Salary: $110,000 to $130,000 per year plus benefits

Responsibilities:

• Conduct intake assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients with behavioral health needs.
• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques.
• Document patient progress through timely and accurate completion of progress notes.
• Conduct counseling services professionally to maintain our esteemed reputation.
• Adhere to organizational policies and service provider agreements.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Professional Counseling or Psychology from accredited program.
  
• Active California state license as an LPCC.
  
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical settings.
• Familiarity with diagnosis, treatment planning, and progress note documentation.
• Compassionate approach to patient care in a clinical setting.
• Proficiency in behavioral therapy, patient care, and medical documentation.
