Full-Time Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) Needed

Our well-respected private practice is in search of a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor to join our team and provide vital mental health services to a diverse client base. The ideal candidate will have outpatient experience and a genuine commitment to assisting individuals as they navigate their challenges.

Salary: $110,000 to $130,000 per year plus benefits

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct intake assessments and formulate treatment plans for clients with behavioral health needs.
  • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices.
  • Accurately document patient progress through timely completion of progress notes.
  • Maintain professionalism in counseling services to uphold our esteemed reputation.
  • Adhere to organizational policies and the service provider agreement.
Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Professional Counseling or Psychology from accredited program.
  • Active California state license as an LPCC.
  • At least 2 years of experience in clinical environments.
  • Familiarity with diagnosis, treatment planning, and documentation of progress notes.
  • Ability to deliver compassionate care in a clinical context.
  • Proficiency in behavioral therapy, patient care, and medical documentation.
