We are a reputable private practice seeking a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor to join our team and provide critical mental health services to a diverse clientele. Salary: $110,000 to $130,000 per year plus benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct intake assessments and develop effective treatment plans for clients with behavioral health needs.
  • Provide individual therapy sessions using evidence-based practices.
  • Document patient progress promptly with thorough progress notes.
  • Maintain professionalism in counseling services to uphold our practice's esteemed reputation.
  • Adhere to organizational policies and the service provider agreement.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Professional Counseling or Psychology from accredited program.
  • Active California state license as an LPCC.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical settings.
  • Familiarity with diagnosis, treatment planning, and progress note documentation.
  • Ability to provide compassionate care in a clinical environment.
  • Proficiency in behavioral therapy, patient care, and medical documentation.
