Full-Time Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor Opportunities Available

As a Counselor, you will be vital in delivering effective counseling services, conducting comprehensive assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, and maintaining thorough clinical records. SCHEDULE:
  • Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
SALARY:
  • $90,000 to $110,000 per year with benefits
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Perform various patient care and therapeutic activities.
  • Create programs/groups for the treatment and rehabilitation of psychiatric patients.
  • Monitor outcomes as an integral part of the team.
  • Participate in continuity of care and/or discharge planning and facilitate advance care planning.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on psychiatric diagnosis and identified needs.
  • Document patient care activities in the electronic healthcare record following departmental policies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Professional Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Current North Dakota state license as LPCC.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in behavioral health.
  • Proficiency in Integrative, Client-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness.
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
