Looking for a Full-time Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor to join our clinic. We are a dynamic organization focused on delivering high-quality mental health services to our diverse community. SCHEDULE:
- Monday to Friday 8 AM – 5 PM
- $90,000 to $110,000 per year with benefits
- Participate in a variety of patient care and therapeutic activities.
- Develop and facilitate treatment and rehabilitation programs/groups for psychiatric patients.
- Collaborate with team members to monitor patient outcomes effectively.
- Engage in continuity of care and discharge planning, including advance care planning.
- Create tailored treatment plans based on psychiatric diagnoses and specific treatment needs.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of patient care in accordance with departmental policies.
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Professional Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
- Active North Dakota state license as LPCC.
- At least 2 years of experience in behavioral health services.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) is a plus
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
