SCHEDULE:
Looking for a Full-time Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker to join our team. At our organization, we are dedicated to providing comprehensive mental health services that empower individuals and strengthen communities. Our team of skilled professionals utilizes evidence-based practices to deliver compassionate care tailored to each client's unique needs. As we expand our services, we are looking for passionate individuals to join us in transforming lives and promoting mental wellness for all.
SCHEDULE:
- Monday to Friday 8 AM – 5 PM
- $90,000 to $110,000 per year with benefits
- Engage in a variety of patient care and therapeutic activities.
- Develop and implement programs/groups focused on the treatment and rehabilitation of psychiatric patients.
- Monitor outcomes collaboratively as a member of the treatment team.
- Participate in continuity of care and discharge planning; facilitate advance care planning.
- Create individualized treatment plans based on psychiatric diagnoses, identified challenges, and specific treatment needs.
- Document patient care activities in the electronic healthcare record system, adhering to departmental documentation policies.
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Professional Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
- Active North Dakota state license as LPCC.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in mental health services.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) is a plus
- Excellent communication, empathy, and active listening skills, enabling the therapist to build rapport with clients, navigate sensitive issues, and facilitate effective therapy sessions.
