We are seeking to hire a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor to join our team that consists of compassionate professionals who collaborate to create effective treatment plans for our clients. SCHEDULE:
  • Monday to Friday 8 AM – 5 PM
SALARY
  • $90,000 to $110,000 per year with benefits
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Perform various patient care and therapeutic activities.
  • Develop and implement treatment and rehabilitation programs/groups for psychiatric patients.
  • Monitor patient outcomes collaboratively as a member of the treatment team.
  • Engage in continuity of care and discharge planning; support advance care planning efforts.
  • Create individualized treatment plans based on psychiatric diagnoses and identified needs.
  • Document patient care activities in the electronic healthcare record system in compliance with departmental policies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Professional Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
  • Active North Dakota state license as LPCC.
  • Prior 2 years of experience in delivering mental health services.
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) is a plus
  • Excellent communication, empathy, and active listening skills, enabling the therapist to build rapport with clients, navigate sensitive issues, and facilitate effective therapy sessions.
