Looking for a Full-time Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to join our outpatient clinic. SCHEDULE:
Looking for a Full-time Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to join our outpatient clinic. Our team of professionals is committed to creating an inclusive and supportive environment for both clients and staff. As we continue to expand our services, we invite passionate and skilled therapists to join us in our mission to enhance mental health outcomes for individuals and families.
SCHEDULE:
- Monday to Friday 8 AM – 5 PM
- $90,000 to $110,000 per year with benefits
- Engage in diverse patient care and therapeutic activities.
- Design and implement treatment and rehabilitation programs/groups for psychiatric patients.
- Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team to monitor outcomes.
- Participate in continuity of care and discharge planning; facilitate advance care planning.
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to psychiatric diagnoses and identified challenges.
- Accurately document patient care activities in the electronic healthcare record, following departmental protocols.
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Professional Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
- Active North Dakota state license as LPCC.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in behavioral health services.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) is a plus
- Proficiency in various therapeutic modalities
- Excellent communication, empathy, and active listening skills, enabling the therapist to build rapport with clients, navigate sensitive issues, and facilitate effective therapy sessions.
