Full-time Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)

We are seeking a Full-time Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor to join our holistic care team. The ideal candidate will provide counseling services to individuals, families, and groups, addressing mental, emotional, and behavioral challenges. Our outpatient clinic takes a holistic approach to mental health, integrating various therapeutic modalities to empower clients on their path to recovery. We focus on the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.

Salary:
  • $110,000 - $130,000 per year plus benefits
Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM
Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate clients’ mental, emotional, and behavioral health through interviews, questionnaires, and psychological tests to develop treatment plans.
  • Create individualized treatment plans based on assessments, client goals, and evidence-based practices.
  • Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions to address mental health issues and promote emotional well-being.
  • Regularly assess clients’ progress toward goals, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure effectiveness.
  • Provide immediate support and intervention for clients in crisis, including risk assessments for self-harm or harm to others.
  • Work alongside other healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists, social workers, and primary care physicians, to coordinate comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of therapy sessions, including progress notes, treatment plans, and any changes in client status.

Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Professional Counseling or Psychology, or related field.
  • Must hold active California state license as LPCC.
  • Must have 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients and their families
  • Ability to record, proofread and check documents and files for accuracy, to prepare and analyze data and figures, transcribe, read
