Full-Time Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) Needed

We are looking for a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor to join our outpatient clinic. SALARY:
  • $110,000 - $130,000 per year and benefits
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Utilize evidence-based practices to inform treatment plans and interventions.
  • Participate in weekly one-on-one case consultations, team meetings, peer huddles, and ongoing professional development programs, fostering collaboration with fellow therapists.
  • Complete clinical notes and documentation promptly to ensure continuity of care.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of ethical guidelines and best practices in mental health therapy.
  • Stay updated on the latest research and trends in mental health to enhance therapeutic techniques and client outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from an accredited program.
  • Active California License as LPCC.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience providing psychotherapy.
  • Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and case management.
  • Commitment to cultural competency and sensitivity in providing care to diverse populations.
  • Knowledge of local mental health regulations and available community resources.
