Exciting Opportunity as Full-time Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor to join our committed team. In this role, you will provide exceptional mental health counseling to clients, helping them overcome challenges related to mental health, emotional wellness, and personal growth. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, developing tailored treatment plans, and leading therapy sessions. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care and contribute to our mission of enhancing mental health.
SALARY:
- $90,000 - $110,000 per year with full benefits
- Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide individual and group counseling.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation and case notes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive client care.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health treatment.
- Adhere to ethical and legal standards in counseling practices.
- Master’s degree in Counseling or Psychology, or related field.
- Active North Dakota state license as LPCC.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in psychotherapy services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
