Full-Time Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor Needed
We are looking for a committed Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor to enhance our team. In this role, you will provide therapeutic services to clients facing mental health challenges, employing various therapeutic approaches tailored to individual needs. As part of our interdisciplinary team, your compassionate care will help patients explore holistic methods for improving their well-being and achieving their mental health goals.

In this role, you will provide therapeutic services to clients facing mental health challenges, employing various therapeutic approaches tailored to individual needs. As part of our interdisciplinary team, your compassionate care will help patients explore holistic methods for improving their well-being and achieving their mental health goals.
SCHEDULE:
- Monday to Friday 9 AM - 5 PM
- $110,000 to $130,000 per year with benefits
- Understand your patient's problems, decide on a course of treatment and help them cope.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Understand the theoretical framework of your treatment method and use it to analyze specific situations.
- Deliver therapy sessions using evidence-based practices, including cognitive behavioral therapy
- Provide crisis intervention and management as needed
- Stay informed on the latest developments in the field
- Be willing to grow and learn the most effective methods of treatment.
- Master’s degree in Professional Counseling, or related field.
- Active California state license as LPCC.
- Minimum of 2 years prior experience in mental health assessment
- Must communicate clearly and effectively in both a written and verbal format.
- Deep empathy, patience, and cultural sensitivity to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Thorough knowledge of ethical guidelines and HIPAA regulations.
