Opportunity for a Full-Time Telehealth Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor
We are in search of a skilled Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor to deliver telehealth services as part of our dedicated team. In this position, you will provide therapeutic support to clients dealing with mental health challenges, utilizing diverse therapeutic modalities in a virtual setting. Your role will be crucial in promoting holistic wellness and empowering patients to achieve their mental health goals through accessible online care.
SCHEDULE:
We are in search of a skilled Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor to deliver telehealth services as part of our dedicated team. In this position, you will provide therapeutic support to clients dealing with mental health challenges, utilizing diverse therapeutic modalities in a virtual setting. Your role will be crucial in promoting holistic wellness and empowering patients to achieve their mental health goals through accessible online care.
SCHEDULE:
- Monday to Friday 9 AM - 5 PM
- $110,000 to $130,000 a year with benefits
- Perform comprehensive assessments and evaluations through telehealth platforms to understand clients' mental health needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Deliver therapeutic services via video conferencing, utilizing various evidence-based modalities to address clients' mental health challenges.
- Regularly evaluate and document clients' progress toward their therapeutic goals, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
- Provide resources and education on mental health topics, coping strategies, and holistic approaches to wellness, empowering clients to take an active role in their mental health journey.
- Be willing to grow and learn the most effective methods of treatment.
- Master’s degree in Counseling or Psychology from an accredited program.
- Active California state license as LPCC.
- Minimum of 2 years prior experience in mental health assessment
- Must communicate clearly and effectively in both a written and verbal format.
- Deep empathy, patience, and cultural sensitivity to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Thorough knowledge of ethical guidelines and HIPAA regulations.
