Seeking a Full-Time Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
SALARY:
We are excited to invite a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor to our compassionate team in private practice. In this role, you will deliver psychotherapy services to clients addressing various life challenges, helping them to achieve their therapeutic goals. You will also play a crucial role in developing educational materials that enhance client understanding and awareness. Active participation in team meetings will allow you to share insights and contribute to discussions on client progress. Our ideal candidate is empathetic, skilled, and dedicated to promoting mental health and well-being.
SALARY:
- $90,000 - $110,000 per year and benefits
- Provide Counseling to adults and children
- Work directly with individuals providing psychotherapy.
- Provide ongoing treatment plans
- Assess client situations for delivery of services
- Maintain records with documentation of therapy sessions
- Maintain adequate notes in a timely manner for insurance billing
- Collaborate with treatment providers as necessary
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
- Active North Dakota state license as LPCC.
- Minimum 2 years of previous experience with mental health counseling
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients and their families
- Wiliness to stay updated on new treatments, protocols, licensing requirements within the filed to work independently as part of the team.
