Seeking a Full-Time Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
SALARY:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor to join our thriving private practice. In this role, you will provide psychotherapy services to clients dealing with a wide range of issues, helping them navigate their challenges with empathy and professionalism. You will also contribute to the development of educational materials that promote client awareness and empowerment. Regular participation in team meetings will be essential for sharing insights and discussing client progress. Our ideal candidate is committed to fostering a collaborative and supportive therapeutic environment.
SALARY:
- $90,000 - $110,000 per year and benefits
- Provide Counseling to adults and children
- Work directly with individuals providing psychotherapy.
- Provide ongoing treatment plans
- Assess client situations for delivery of services
- Maintain records with documentation of therapy sessions
- Maintain adequate notes in a timely manner for insurance billing
- Collaborate with treatment providers as necessary
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
- Active North Dakota state license as LPCC.
- Minimum 2 years of previous experience with mental health counseling
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients and their families
- Wiliness to stay updated on new treatments, protocols, licensing requirements within the filed to work independently as part of the team.
