Full-Time Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) Needed
SALARY:
We are excited to welcome a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor to our private practice, dedicated to providing high-quality psychotherapy services. In this role, you will work with clients facing various challenges, facilitating their personal growth and healing. You will also be involved in developing educational materials that support client understanding and engagement in their treatment. Active involvement in team meetings will provide opportunities to discuss client progress and share insights with your peers. Our ideal candidate is committed to making a meaningful impact and thrives in a collaborative environment.
SALARY:
- $90,000 - $110,000 per year and benefits
- Provide Counseling to adults and children
- Work directly with individuals providing psychotherapy.
- Provide ongoing treatment plans
- Assess client situations for delivery of services
- Maintain records with documentation of therapy sessions
- Maintain adequate notes in a timely manner for insurance billing
- Collaborate with treatment providers as necessary
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
- Active North Dakota state license as LPCC.
- Minimum 2 years of previous experience with mental health counseling
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients and their families
- Wiliness to stay updated on new treatments, protocols, licensing requirements within the filed to work independently as part of the team.
