Seeking Full-Time Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday 9 AM - 5 PM
- $90,000 - $110,000 per year and with benefits
- Evaluate mental health diagnosis and create and implement a treatment plan
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
- Maintains accurate and timely records including clinical and progress notes according to department policy.
- Respond to clients in crisis situations, providing immediate support and intervention to ensure their safety and well-being.
- Regularly assess and document clients' progress towards their treatment goals and adjust plans as necessary.
- Consult and coordinate with family and/or support system regarding client treatment and discharge planning.
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
- Active North Dakota state license as an LPCC.
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in outpatient setting.
- Ability to work independently, self-directed and highly organized
- Strong computer skills including word processing, e-mail systems, spreadsheets, and electronic medical records
