SALARY:
- $110,000 - $130,000 per year and benefits
- Provide therapeutic support through individual and group counseling sessions, addressing a range of mental health issues.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and develop accurate diagnoses based on established criteria.
- Create and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clients' goals and challenges, regularly reviewing and adjusting as needed.
- Respond to clients in crisis, providing immediate support and intervention to ensure their safety and well-being.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions, treatment progress, and assessments while ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Master’s degree in Professional Counseling or Psychology from an accredited program.
- Active California state License as LPCC.
- Minimum 2 years of experience providing mental health counseling.
- Ability to work independently with a strong interest in collaboration and learning
- Ability to assess and manage crisis situations with appropriate interventions to ensure client safety.
- Understanding and respect for diverse backgrounds and cultures, with the ability to provide culturally sensitive care.
- Knowledge of and/or some training in evidence based mental health treatments
