Salary: $110k-$130k per year, plus full benefits

Your Role:

  • Deliver empathetic, client-focused counseling that addresses a wide range of mental health concerns.
  • Develop therapeutic relationships with clients, providing guidance and support as they work through difficult situations.
  • Participate in team meetings, share your insights, and contribute to a collaborative treatment approach.
  • Provide crisis intervention and trauma response support when necessary.
  • Maintain thorough and organized clinical records.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Professional Counseling or related field
  • Valid licensure as LPCC in applicable state required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Knowledge of medical coding, research, and documentation practices
  • Ability to navigate in a fast-paced working environment
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience is required.
