Seeking a Full-Time Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
We are looking for full-time Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors to join our team. We are dedicated to providing high-quality mental health services and collaborating to find every possible path for our patients to achieve maximum independence and quality of life. SALARY:
- $110,000 to $130,000 per year with benefits
- Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 AM
- Evaluate clients’ mental health needs.
- Offer therapy sessions to individuals and groups
- Create personalized care strategies.
- Track and document client progress.
- Coordinate with other clinicians and participate in case consultations as needed.
- Share resources and coping strategies.
- Master's Degree in Counseling or Psychology from an accredited program.
- Active California state license as LPCC.
- Minimum 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients and their families
- Adherence to ethical guidelines and standards in counseling practice.
- Ability to record, proofread and check documents and files for accuracy
