We are looking for a Full-time Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to become part of our outpatient clinic. Our professional team is dedicated to creating a supportive and inclusive atmosphere for clients and staff alike. SCHEDULE:
We are looking for a Full-time Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to become part of our outpatient clinic. Our professional team is dedicated to creating a supportive and inclusive atmosphere for clients and staff alike. As we grow, we welcome passionate and qualified therapists to join us in our mission to improve mental health outcomes for individuals and families.
SCHEDULE:
- Monday to Friday 8 AM – 5 PM
- $90,000 to $110,000 per year with benefits
- Participate in a variety of patient care and therapeutic activities.
- Develop and facilitate treatment and rehabilitation programs/groups for psychiatric patients.
- Collaborate with team members to monitor patient outcomes effectively.
- Engage in continuity of care and discharge planning, including advance care planning.
- Create tailored treatment plans based on psychiatric diagnoses and specific treatment needs.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of patient care in accordance with departmental policies.
- Master’s degree in Counseling or Psychology from an accredited program.
- Active Washington state license as LPCC.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in behavioral health services.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR).
