Opportunity for Full-Time Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor

We are looking for a Licensed Professional Counselor to become part of our dedicated team. In this position, you will assess clients, identify their mental health needs, and create tailored therapy plans to address diverse challenges. Our mission is to support individuals in achieving healthier, more fulfilling lives through improved access to reliable, affordable, and personalized mental healthcare.

SALARY:
  • $90,000 to $110,000 per year with benefits
SCHEDULE:
  • Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 AM
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Evaluate clients' relational and mental health needs.
  • Facilitate individual, couple, and family therapy sessions.
  • Create tailored strategies to address clients' goals.
  • Assess and document clients' progress regularly.
  • Offer resources and guidance on relationship dynamics and mental health.
  • Work with other healthcare providers for integrated care.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Master's Degree in Counseling or Psychology from an accredited program.
  • Active North Dakota state license as LPCC.
  • Minimum 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience
  • Understanding of family systems theory and therapeutic modalities.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Commitment to ethical guidelines and professional standards in therapy.
