Seeking a Full-Time Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor
SALARY:
We are looking for a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor to join our team. In this role, you will conduct client assessments, evaluate their mental health needs, and create personalized therapy plans to address a range of issues. You may work with clients dealing with substance abuse, depression, anxiety, or eating disorders. Experience with a diverse array of patients and conditions is essential. Your contributions will play a vital role in fostering healing and growth for each individual.
SALARY:
- $90,000 to $110,000 per year with benefits
- Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 AM
- Evaluate clients' relational and mental health needs.
- Facilitate individual, couple, and family therapy sessions.
- Create tailored strategies to address clients' goals.
- Assess and document clients' progress regularly.
- Offer resources and guidance on relationship dynamics and mental health.
- Work with other healthcare providers for integrated care.
- Master's Degree in Counseling or Psychology from an accredited program.
- Active North Dakota state license as LPCC.
- Minimum 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience
- Understanding of family systems theory and therapeutic modalities.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Commitment to ethical guidelines and professional standards in therapy.
