Full-Time Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) Needed

We are seeking Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor to join our dynamic team. SCHEDULE:
  • Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 AM
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy in a supportive and therapeutic environment.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to facilitate positive change and empower clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community resources to enhance client support.
  • Participate in regular supervision and team meetings to discuss cases and share best practices.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Master's Degree in Counseling or Psychology from an accredited program.
  • Active North Dakota state license as LPCC.
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in an outpatient clinic.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients and their families
  • Ability to record, proofread and check documents and files for accuracy
SALARY:
  • $90,000 to $110,000 per year with benefits
