Full-Time Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) Needed

SCHEDULE:
- Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 AM
- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy in a supportive and therapeutic environment.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to facilitate positive change and empower clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community resources to enhance client support.
- Participate in regular supervision and team meetings to discuss cases and share best practices.
- Master's Degree in Counseling or Psychology from an accredited program.
- Active North Dakota state license as LPCC.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in an outpatient clinic.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients and their families
- Ability to record, proofread and check documents and files for accuracy
- $90,000 to $110,000 per year with benefits
