Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 annually with full benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality, compassionate care through one-on-one and group therapy sessions.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient assessments and diagnoses.
  • Facilitate the creation of therapeutic programs to support client recovery.
  • Monitor patient progress and collaborate with team members on adjustments as needed.
  • Document patient interactions accurately in line with facility standards.
  • Engage in care planning and crisis intervention as required for comprehensive patient support.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Professional Counseling or related field
  • Valid licensure as LPCC in applicable state required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Knowledge of medical coding, research, and documentation practices
  • Ability to navigate in a fast-paced working environment
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience is required.
