Salary: $110k-$130k per year, plus full benefits

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide one-on-one and group therapy that helps clients find hope, strength, and direction.
  • Act as a sounding board and guide, supporting clients as they navigate life’s challenges.
  • Implement evidence-based practices and personalized treatment plans that meet each client’s unique needs.
  • Collaborate with a supportive team to provide the highest quality of care.
  • Document treatment plans, sessions, and progress in a clear, organized manner.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Professional Counseling or related field
  • Valid licensure as LPCC in applicable state required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Knowledge of medical coding, research, and documentation practices
  • Ability to navigate in a fast-paced working environment
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience is required.
