Salary: $110k-$130k per year, plus full benefits
Your Role:
- Deliver empathetic, client-focused counseling that addresses a wide range of mental health concerns.
- Develop therapeutic relationships with clients, providing guidance and support as they work through difficult situations.
- Participate in team meetings, share your insights, and contribute to a collaborative treatment approach.
- Provide crisis intervention and trauma response support when necessary.
- Maintain thorough and organized clinical records.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Professional Counseling or related field
- Valid licensure as LPCC in applicable state required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Knowledge of medical coding, research, and documentation practices
- Ability to navigate in a fast-paced working environment
- Minimum of 2 years of experience is required.
