Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $110,000–$130,000 annually
• Comprehensive benefits package

What You’ll Do

• Deliver client-centered counseling services tailored to unique needs.
• Conduct thorough assessments to inform treatment planning.
• Design and facilitate group or individual therapy programs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to track progress and outcomes.
• Support transitions through discharge planning and continuity of care.
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s degree in Counseling or Psychology, or related field.
• Active California state license as LPCC.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in mental health counseling.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) is a plus
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
