Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide compassionate counseling services to a diverse client population.
• Develop tailored treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments.
• Facilitate innovative therapeutic programs to promote recovery.
• Partner with a team of professionals to deliver holistic care.
• Ensure seamless client transitions through effective discharge planning.
• Document all care activities in compliance with organizational standards.

Compensation Package

• $110,000–$130,000 per year

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s degree in Counseling or Psychology, or related field.
• Active California state license as LPCC.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in mental health counseling.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) is a plus
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
