Key Responsibilities

• Conduct therapy sessions, addressing each client’s specific needs.
• Create personalized treatment plans informed by comprehensive assessments.
• Facilitate group therapy programs to support recovery and resilience.
• Participate in care continuity and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain detailed and timely records in our electronic health system.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s degree in Counseling or Psychology, or related field.
• Active California state license as LPCC.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in mental health counseling.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) is a plus
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
