Your Role Includes

  • Providing individual and group counseling with empathy and expertise.
  • Designing treatment plans that align with each client’s unique needs.
  • Supporting smooth client transitions through discharge and follow-up planning.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure cohesive, effective care.
  • Keeping thorough and accurate client records in compliance with guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master’s degree in Counseling or Psychology, or related field.
  • Active California state license as LPCC.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in mental health counseling.
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) is a plus
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
