What You’ll Do

• Deliver high-quality counseling services, building trust and connection with clients.
• Perform detailed assessments and craft personalized treatment plans.
• Lead therapeutic programs and monitor progress toward recovery goals.
• Participate in care continuity and discharge planning to ensure client success.
• Maintain precise documentation in alignment with clinical guidelines.

Compensation & Benefits

• $110,000–$130,000 per year

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s degree in Counseling or Psychology, or related field.
• Active California state license as LPCC.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in mental health counseling.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) is a plus
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
