Looking for a Full-time Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)

Seeking mental health counselor who embodies a client centered empathetic approach that is coupled with the ability to challenge as well as facilitate and process. Having the ability to honor all identities and a commitment to being an advocate and agent of change is an important part of the work we do.

SALARY
$90,000 to $110,000 per year with benefits

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain confidentiality of mental health services offered.
• Provide individual, family, and group clinical counseling services to identify and manage personal, psychological and interactive problems associated with occupation and personal adjustment.
• Participate in psychological emergency, crisis intervention and trauma response.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for clients.
• Administer evaluations and assessments.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
• Evaluate treatment effectiveness and make adjustments to patient's treatment plans as appropriate.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master's degree in Professional Counseling or related field
• Valid licensure as LPCC in applicable state required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Knowledge of medical coding, research, and documentation practices
• Ability to navigate in a fast-paced working environment
• Minimum of 3 years of experience is required.
