Licensed Clinical Counselor (LPCC): Manage Your Practice Effectively

We are here to manage the administrative aspects of credentialing, insurance, and billing, enabling you to focus your attention on your clients. Our comprehensive referral network and community support will provide you with the resources necessary to grow your practice while allowing you to manage your own schedule. Salary: $110k-$130k per year, plus full benefits
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct therapy sessions that promote healing, growth, and positive self-discovery.
- Actively listen to clients’ concerns and help them build coping mechanisms and life skills.
- Collaborate with families, case managers, and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
- Provide trauma-informed counseling and crisis intervention when needed.
- Keep accurate records, ensuring all documentation meets professional and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Professional Counseling or related field
- Valid licensure as LPCC in applicable state required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Knowledge of medical coding, research, and documentation practices
- Ability to navigate in a fast-paced working environment
- Minimum of 2 years of experience is required.
Pay and Benefits:
