Salary: $110k-$130k per year, plus full benefits
What You’ll Do:
- Provide one-on-one and group therapy that helps clients find hope, strength, and direction.
- Act as a sounding board and guide, supporting clients as they navigate life’s challenges.
- Implement evidence-based practices and personalized treatment plans that meet each client’s unique needs.
- Collaborate with a supportive team to provide the highest quality of care.
- Document treatment plans, sessions, and progress in a clear, organized manner.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Professional Counseling or related field
- Valid licensure as LPCC in applicable state required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Knowledge of medical coding, research, and documentation practices
- Ability to navigate in a fast-paced working environment
- Minimum of 2 years of experience is required.
Pay and Benefits:
