Work Hours:

• Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, tailoring care to each patient’s needs.
• Develop and implement innovative therapeutic programs with the Clinical Director.
• Engage in credentialing and interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Monitor and document treatment outcomes using approved systems.
• Continuously improve patient care through feedback and adaptive strategies.
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned.

Annual Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 a year with full benefits

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Professional Counseling.
• Active LPCC licensure.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Dedication to interdisciplinary collaboration and client-focused care.
