Full-Time Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in Santa Clarita, CA

Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor passionate about providing quality mental health care. Deliver therapy services remotely while making a meaningful impact in patients’ lives.

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities Include:

• Facilitating individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Partnering with the Clinical Director to design engaging therapeutic activities.
• Participating in credentialing processes and interdisciplinary meetings.
• Creating customized treatment plans and monitoring patient progress.
• Adapting therapy techniques to meet client needs and document outcomes.
• Supporting additional clinical duties as required.

Compensation Range: $110,000 - $130,000 annually with full benefits

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Professional Counseling.
• Current LPCC license.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience working with children or families with developmental challenges.
• Familiarity with empirically supported treatments, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy.
• A collaborative and open-minded approach to care.
