Now Hiring: Full-Time Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)

Work Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM

Your Role:

  • Conduct therapy sessions, assess client histories, and design personalized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Director to create meaningful therapeutic programs.
  • Actively participate in credentialing processes and interdisciplinary meetings.
  • Monitor and document patient progress in approved systems.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine treatment approaches based on patient feedback.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 a year with full benefits

Requirements:

  • Master’s in Professional Counseling from a recognized program.
  • Valid LPCC license.
  • At least 2 years’ experience with developmental differences in children or families.
  • Expertise in evidence-based therapies, including cognitive-behavioral and social-constructionist approaches.
  • Strong commitment to client-focused care and interdisciplinary collaboration.
