Remote Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California

Job Type: Full-time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

Responsibilities:

• Perform biopsychosocial assessments addressing mental health, substance abuse, and medical issues in primary care settings.
• Deliver a wide range of behavioral health services such as counseling, intake, diagnosis, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and referrals to substance abuse treatment.
• Provide social work support and connect clients to local resources and community services.
• Collaborate with Quality Improvement teams to help shape and implement data collection processes.

Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year

REQUIREMENTS:

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or a related field.
• Must hold a valid California license, such as LPCC.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in delivering clinical services.
• Proficient in using computer programs, including MS Outlook, Word, and other relevant software.
• Strong ability to maintain accurate clinical documentation in an electronic health record system.
