Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (Telehealth) | Fontana, California | Full-Time

A Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor is needed to provide essential support for individuals navigating mental health and substance use challenges. Through telehealth, we’re creating a future where high-quality care reaches those who need it most.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive Psychosocial Assessments and create detailed clinical summaries.
  • Develop treatment plans with measurable goals and interventions.
  • Keep accurate and timely records of patient progress.
  • Monitor treatment objectives and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
  • Build strong connections with clients, colleagues, and external professionals.

Compensation:

$110,000 - $130,000 annually, plus full benefits

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Valid LPCC license in California.
  • At least 2 years of clinical experience.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic medical records.
