Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (Telehealth) | Lancaster, California | Full-Time

A Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor is needed to provide essential telehealth services, ensuring that individuals have access to the support they deserve. Through remote care, we’re reshaping the future of mental health treatment.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough Psychosocial Assessments and document clinical summaries.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans with structured goals.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate patient records.
  • Oversee treatment objectives while ensuring consistent communication with stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with clients, peers, and other professionals to improve outcomes.

Compensation:

$110,000 - $130,000 annually, plus full benefits

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Current LPCC license in California.
  • At least 2 years of professional counseling experience.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Comfortable using telehealth technology and online documentation platforms.
