Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (Telehealth) | Torrance, California | Full-Time

Help shape the future of virtual mental health services. A Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor is needed to provide therapy and support to individuals facing mental health and substance use challenges. Through telehealth, we’re ensuring that high-quality care is accessible, effective, and personalized.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete detailed Psychosocial Assessments and clinical summaries.
  • Develop strategic treatment plans with measurable goals.
  • Keep accurate and timely progress notes for each patient.
  • Track treatment effectiveness and maintain open communication with involved parties.
  • Foster professional collaboration with clients, colleagues, and external partners.

Compensation:

$110,000 - $130,000 annually, plus a full benefits package

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Active LPCC license in California.
  • At least 2 years of professional counseling experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with telehealth platforms and digital records.
