Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor | California | Full-Time

Deliver meaningful care remotely. We’re looking for a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor to provide telehealth-based mental health and substance use disorder treatment. Join a team that’s leveraging technology to break down barriers in mental health access.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation:

$110,000 - $130,000 annually, including full benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive Psychosocial Assessments and develop clinical reports.
  • Create structured, goal-focused treatment plans.
  • Ensure accurate, up-to-date documentation of patient progress.
  • Adjust treatment approaches based on patient needs and care objectives.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients, and external professionals.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Active LPCC license in California.
  • Minimum of 2 years of counseling experience.
  • Proficiency with telehealth systems and digital records.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
