Remote LPCC Position in Pomona, California

This fully remote role allows you to focus on therapy while we handle the rest. We provide Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors in California with a steady flow of clients and full administrative support, so you can dedicate your time to meaningful client interactions.

Employment Type: Full-Time
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 annually + benefits

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with a diverse client base.
• Develop personalized treatment plans using evidence-based methods.
• Maintain thorough and compliant clinical documentation.
• Work collaboratively with other professionals to enhance client care.
• Provide guidance on available mental health resources.

What You Need to Qualify:

• A master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• An active LPCC license in California.
• At least two years of clinical counseling experience.
• Experience with telehealth services and virtual therapy platforms.
