Remote Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor – Thousand Oaks, California

A fully remote position designed for Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors in California who want to focus on client care without dealing with administrative work. We provide a steady client base and operational support, allowing you to prioritize what matters most.

Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000 per year + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Delivering virtual therapy sessions to a diverse range of clients.
• Using evidence-based approaches to support mental health needs.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential clinical documentation.
• Collaborating with other professionals for holistic treatment approaches.
• Assisting clients in accessing additional mental health resources.

Qualifications:

• A master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• A valid LPCC license in California.
• A minimum of two years of experience as a clinician.
• Strong communication skills and comfort with telehealth technology.
