Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor | Rancho Cucamonga, California | Full-Time

We are hiring an LPCC to offer mental health and substance use disorder treatment through telehealth. Help expand access to quality care with a team that’s shaping the future of mental health services.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation:

$115,000 - $120,000 annually, plus a full benefits package

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth Psychosocial Assessments and clinical evaluations.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans with structured interventions.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation.
  • Track patient progress and coordinate adjustments as needed.
  • Maintain strong collaboration with care teams, clients, and external partners.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Active LPCC license in California.
  • At least 2 years of direct counseling experience.
  • Ability to effectively use telehealth platforms and electronic documentation.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
