Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + benefits

As an LPCC with our team, you'll provide individual and group therapy to a diverse caseload of clients. Your Responsibilities:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments and developing tailored treatment plans.
• Delivering high-quality therapy services to individuals (children, teens, or adults) or groups.
• Maintaining timely, accurate documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Participating in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development.
• Using telehealth platforms and EHR systems for client care and communication.

Requirements:

• Active, unrestricted LPCC license in the State of California (required).
• Master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred.
• Experience working with diverse populations, including BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities.
• Strong clinical judgment, empathy, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
