About the Role

We serve a diverse and vibrant California community, with clients ranging from individuals navigating anxiety and burnout, to families seeking relational support, to underserved populations dealing with systemic barriers.

We’re seeking a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) who’s passionate about making a meaningful impact, either part-time or full-time. You’ll work with clients in a flexible outpatient setting, offering individual and/or group therapy based on your clinical strengths and preferences.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Provide compassionate, culturally-responsive psychotherapy to individuals (adults, teens, or children), couples, or groups.
  • Maintain a manageable caseload and complete timely, accurate documentation using our streamlined EHR system.
  • Design collaborative treatment plans using evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, ACT, or trauma-informed care.
  • Participate in team meetings, peer consultation, and clinical trainings.
  • Bring your creativity and voice to how we shape care, programs, and culture.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Current and active LPCC license in the state of California.
  • Master’s degree in Counseling or related field from an accredited program.
  • 1+ year of clinical experience post-licensure (or strong pre-licensed experience with specialized populations).
  • Knowledge of DSM-5 diagnostics, ethical standards, and clinical documentation practices.
  • Comfort working independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience working with marginalized communities, including BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ clients.
  • Specialized training in EMDR, IFS, somatic therapy, substance use, or crisis work.

What You’ll Receive:

  • Competitive salary or hourly compensation, with incentives based on caseload and performance
  • Health benefits (medical, dental, vision, EAP)
  • Flexible scheduling – full-time, part-time, or evening/weekend shifts
  • Continuing education stipend + license renewal assistance
  • Admin support so you can focus on your clients—not paperwork
  • Access to HIPAA-compliant telehealth, EHR, and secure communication platforms
  • Weekly consultation groups, mentorship opportunities, and a vibrant clinical community
  • Space to specialize, grow, and even help shape new programs or services

If this sounds like the kind of clinical home you’ve been searching for—don’t wait. We’re excited to meet you.
