As an LPCC in our outpatient program, you’ll be a trusted partner in your clients’ journeys toward emotional wellness and personal growth. • Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, and support staff for holistic client care

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience working in outpatient mental health or related settings

  • Strong organizational skills and comfort with EHR systems
  • Preferred: Additional certifications (e.g., EMDR, TF-CBT), bilingual fluency, or specialized experience in trauma, youth, or marginalized populations

What You’ll Receive:

  • Flexible scheduling & hybrid options
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Generous paid time off + holidays
  • 401(k) retirement plan with match
  • CEU & licensure renewal reimbursement
  • Peer consultation, clinical supervision, and ongoing professional development
  • A supportive culture that celebrates authenticity, transparency, and personal growth
